Elite Fitness partners and works closely with a variety of health insurance and corporate programs who incentivize their members to stay active and healthy. Below is a brief description of each of our current partners so you can learn more about your options with them. If your insurance provider has an incentive plan of its own but is not represented on the list below, don’t hesitate to let them know about Elite Fitness so we can discuss future opportunities.

Silver&Fit®
Elite Fitness is now partnering with Silver&Fit®, which is a healthy aging fitness program designed by American Specialty Health (ASH) to work specifically with older adults. The primary goal of Silver&Fit® is to provide aging individuals with the opportunity to optimize their health with each coming year. Access to Silver&Fit® may be granted as a Medicare beneficiary through many insurance providers such as BlueCrossBlueShield, HealthNet, and Cigna. If you are a Medicare participant as well as a Silver&Fit® member through any of these providers, you are eligible to a complete membership at our facility as we are one of their designated partners.
Active&Fit®
Elite Fitness is a proud partner of Active&Fit®, which is a healthy aging fitness program designed by American Specialty Health (ASH) that welcomes participants of all ages. Elite Fitness and Active&Fit® share the mindset that a healthy lifestyle is an ongoing decision. This program exists for those who wish to improve their quality of life through physical activity and positive health choices across the board.
RenewActive
Elite Fitness and MyRenewActive™ are here to equip you with everything you need to live your best life, both inside and out. MyRenewActive™ from UnitedHealthcare is available in coordination with select Medicare Advantage plans to offer you the unique tools you need to build a healthy lifestyle that works for you. This program is entirely designed around you – including access to fitness facilities like ours, group fitness classes, as well as online exercises to keep your brain healthy and your mind active!
