Emily OliverTraining Team - Group X - NASM

    Bio:

    Emily’s passion for exercise and healthy living began at a young age through her involvement in athletics as well as outdoor recreation. She began her work in the fitness industry in 2016 through various volunteer opportunities, and completed a personal training internship with us in 2017 as a full-time college student. Emily received both her NASM-CPT and her STAGES Indoor Cycling certifications in 2018 as she was concurrently completing her Bachelor’s degree. Her academic background is in the field of Nutrition and Dietetics and she is currently in pursuit of a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Human Performance. Emily is also a credentialed Registered Dietetic Technician (DTR), and her true passion lies in the realm of nutritional science as it pertains to fitness and athletics. She believes in the complementary nature of diet and exercise and seeks to empower others to form sustainable lifestyle habits. Feeling good is at the core of Emily’s practical values, which she believes encompasses everything from simple strength and mobility to disease prevention and mental health.

    When Emily isn’t at the gym, you can probably find her attached to her dog, River. The both of them love to hike, explore, and let’s be honest… eat! Emily’s favorite menial activity is grocery shopping, and she loves to experiment with foods.
